Return Policy

• • Inspect your shipment carefully as soon as you receive

• • Customer have 15 days to notify Lamith Designs Inc if merchandise is defective or wrongly shipped, Please make a note that “NO Returns” will be accepted after 15 days except with a 25% restocking fee

• • All Returns must have R A No ( Return Authorization Number) posted outside the package with Invoice and packing list inside , Returns are authorized only on merchandise picked from inventory

• • Return merchandise will be replaced with same style /size as per availability, additional goods that are not approved and shipped back along with authorized items will not be credited to the customer’s account

• • No refunds Only Exchange

• • No Exchange for Used Merchandise

• • We do not send “Call Tags” All shipping expenses incurred in and out are sole responsibility of the customer

• • Fee will be added to next Invoice if prior shipment was REFUSED /RETURNED
  • NO Exchanges or Returns on SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS, ALL CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
